These general terms and conditions of sale define the terms of online sale of services offered by Wedswan, the name of the website and web application allowing photo sharing. Wedswan is a property of DACALO FZ-LLC. Users of the site fully and unreservedly accept all provisions of these T&Cs.

Wedswan, owned by DACALO FZ-LLC, offers an online platform allowing the sharing of photos/messages between users. Services provided may include, but are not limited to, creating galleries, uploading images, and managing access rights. All photos uploaded by users remain their exclusive property. Wedswan commits to never exploit these photos for commercial purposes or any other use not authorized by the concerned users.

The prices of services offered by Wedswan, property of DACALO FZ-LLC, are available on the site and may be modified without notice. Users commit to paying the full amount corresponding to the services ordered. Payment terms are indicated during the order procedure.

The order is validated upon confirmation of payment by the user. Wedswan reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of payment problems, unavailability of services, or any other circumstance deemed appropriate.

Wedswan, owned by DACALO FZ-LLC, commits to protecting the confidentiality of user data in accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Personal information collected will under no circumstances be disclosed to third parties, except within the legal framework or with the user's consent.

Wedswan, owned by DACALO FZ-LLC, cannot be held responsible for disruptions or service interruptions caused by factors beyond its control. Users are responsible for the accuracy of information provided when creating their account.

Content on the Wedswan site, including texts, images, logos, is protected by intellectual property laws. Any unauthorized reproduction or use is strictly prohibited.

The buyer has 14 days from the date of purchase to exercise their right of withdrawal and request a refund, provided the application has not been used. After this period, no refund can be granted. Similarly, if the event date indicated during registration has passed, or if application features have been used (content creation, photo sharing, guest messages, etc.), this constitutes use of the service, and no refund can be made, even within the withdrawal period.

Wedswan, owned by DACALO FZ-LLC, reserves the right to modify these T&Cs at any time. Users will be informed of changes by notification on the site.

These T&Cs are governed by applicable law. Any dispute relating to the interpretation or execution hereof shall be submitted to the competent jurisdiction. By accepting these general terms and conditions of sale, the user acknowledges having read and accepts them without reservation.
